The following terms and conditions (referred to as ‘Conditions’) apply to your use of this website and any related websites (collectively referred to as the ‘Site’). By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Conditions. If you do not accept these Conditions, please refrain from using the Site. Additionally, these Conditions should be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms and conditions governing the use of the Site. Please read this section carefully before proceeding.

“All information, including text, graphics, images, sounds, links, and other content and software published or otherwise contained on the Site (‘Information’) is either owned exclusively by The Kamoda Resort or licensed by The Kamoda Resort. Unless specifically permitted by these Conditions or otherwise approved in writing by The Kamoda Resort, you may not copy, distribute, display, reproduce, or transmit the Information in any form or by any means, whether electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise. You also may not create derivative works from any part of the Site or commercialize any Information, products, or services obtained from the Site. Please note that some Information may be subject to copyright owned by third parties. “

Cancellation Policy

• Guests may cancel or modify their reservations up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date without penalty.
• Cancellations or modifications made less than 48 hours before the arrival date will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay.
• Any applicable refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation, modification, or early departure.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), the hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations and issue refunds as deemed necessary.

Genral

• 24 Hours Check in and check out.
• Early check in and late check out is subject to room availability.
• Booking cancellation done less than 24 hours is not refundable.
• Confirmed booking will be held for 3 hours from the scheduled arrival time unless intimated about the delay.
• Walk- ins to make full payment in advance at the time of check in.
• Guests are responsible for their cash and valuables.
• Guests are required to carry proper photo ID at the time of check in.
• Right of admission is reserved by the hotel management.
• Gambling or any such illegal or inappropriate activity is strictly prohibited in the hotel premises.
• Payments are accepted only by cash, card, and electronic transfers. Personal cheques are not acceptable.
• Any damage or loss to hotel’s property will be chargeable.
• The rates finalized for any banquets function at the time of booking will be final.
• Any further discounts after the function are not negotiable.
• Full payment to be made on the day of function itself. No credits will be extended.

Privacy

• The hotel respects the privacy of its guests and will not disclose personal information to third parties without the guest’s consent.
• The hotel reserves the right to enter guest rooms for maintenance or other necessary purposes, with prior notice to the guest whenever possible.
